Prices

Surcharge for short-stays of less than 1 week 35,00 €
The rates are inclusive of bath and bed linen, and final cleaning.

The tourist tax is added to the basic price.
Starting from 01.01.2024 the charge will be 3,00 € per person and day (starting from the age of 14).

For smaller guests

Children up to 3 years free of charge.
A cot and highchair are available upon request free of charge.
Children up to 12 years - 15,00 €/day
Children over 12 years - 18,00 €/day

Every extra person: 18,00 €/day
Dogs: 10,00 €/day

All year round we are happy to serve you atasty breakfast in our breakfast room or on our sun terrace with our own farm products, such as homemade jams, various juices (currant juice, apple juice), fresh eggs, various herbs, seasonal fruit and vegetables from our farm garden as well as local products such as fresh milk, yoghurt, alpine cheese, bacon, bread and much more.
Breakfast: Rate per person/day 16,00 €

Cancellations

You can cancel up to 3 months before your set arrival date. If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set arrival date we will charge you 3 days of your holiday. If you cancel within the 4 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 100% of the booking will be charged. We recommend our “Red Rooster” cancellation protection policy as an extra service.
